Enrolling at the UIB
Enrolment must be done within the deadlines set out in the enrolment calendar and always prior to starting the mobility stay. Selected ERASMUS+ students must refer to the Admin Services at the UIB to enrol for the credits or subjects in their online learning agreement (OLA). Online enrolment is only available for subjects set to be taken at the UIB.
The subjects set out in the learning agreement, and its subsequent modifications, must at all times be taken at the host university during the academic year when the exchange takes place, pursuant to applicable regulations. In this sense, students must adapt to the assessment criteria and exam sessions specified by the host university.
Any subjects that are not included in the learning agreement that students take at the host university shall not be part of the exchange programme and, consequently, not be subject to academic recognition at the UIB. Nor will they be elegible for mobility financial support.
Online Linguistic Suport - OLS
Online Linguistic Support (OLS) has been designed to assist ERASMUS+ programme participants in improving their knowledge of the language in which they will work or study during their stay abroad, as well as remove any obstacles to participation in mobility programmes.
All participating students are required to take a language proficiency test at the start of their exchange. Moreover, they will be able to take an online course in line with their test results. Before starting their mobility stay, students will receive an e-mail invitation to access the OLS platform.
